  一、总则

  • 尊重包容：尊重每位成员的人格、权利、观点、信仰和文化背景，杜绝歧视、侮辱、诽谤、骚扰、侵犯隐私或恶意攻击行为，共同营造多元包容的交流氛围。
  • 遵守道德：论坛成员来自不同国家，法律有别，但发布内容需遵循基本道德标准，不得发布淫秽、暴力、恐怖、侵权等不良内容。

  五、论坛管理监督

  • 管理团队职责：论坛管理团队负责制定和执行论坛规则，管理日常事务，审核用户发布内容，处理投诉举报，维护平台稳定运行。秉持公正、公平、公开原则，依据本公约管理论坛，确保其健康发展。
  • 举报投诉机制：鼓励用户监督，如发现违规行为或内容，可通过专用板块向管理团队反馈，提供详细证据。管理团队将保密处理举报信息，及时调查处理，根据违规情节采取警告、删除违规内容、封禁账号等措施，并反馈处理结果。
  • 违规处理申诉：对于违反公约的用户，管理团队将依违规严重程度给予警告、禁言、封禁账号、删除违规内容、限制功能使用等处罚。用户若对处罚有异议，可在规定时间内通过申诉板块申诉，说明理由并提供证据。管理团队将重新审查，根据实际情况维持、减轻或撤销处罚，并通知用户。

  六、附则

  • 公约修订：论坛管理团队有权根据论坛发展、法律法规变化和用户反馈，适时修订公约。修订后的公约将在论坛公示，公示期结束无异议则正式生效。用户继续使用论坛服务，即视为同意接受修订后的公约。
  • 解释权：本公约解释权归论坛管理团队所有。执行过程中若遇特殊情况或争议，管理团队将依据公约原则和精神，以保障论坛整体利益和多数用户权益为出发点，做出合理、公正的解释和处理。
  • 其他规定：本公约未涵盖事项，管理团队将参照相关道德标准、行业惯例及论坛发展目标和价值观，制定补充规定或临时措施，与本公约具有同等效力，并在论坛公布。
